presskit.gg provides a WordPress plugin that enables game studios to create professional press kit pages. We offer:
- Free tier: 1 game press kit with all core features
- Pro tier: Up to 5 games with additional features
- Studio tier: Unlimited games with all features
3. License Terms
Free Version
The free version of presskit.gg is licensed under GPL v2 or later, consistent with WordPress licensing requirements. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely.
Pro and Studio Versions
Pro and Studio licenses are sold as yearly subscriptions that include:
- Access to premium features
- One year of updates
- Email support
Licenses are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing email address.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid licenses. If you're not satisfied, contact us at hello@presskit.gg for a full refund.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the plugin only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent license restrictions
- Not redistribute Pro/Studio features
- Keep your license keys confidential
6. Intellectual Property
The presskit.gg name, logo, and premium features are proprietary. The open-source components are licensed under GPL v2+.
7. Limitation of Liability
presskit.gg is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our plugin or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
